Description

First use:For disinfection, sterilization, and removal of surface dirt, first add an appropriate amount of cooking oil (no need to wash the wok with water beforehand). Spread it evenly over the surface of the wok. Heat over medium-high heat until the oil lightly smokes, then turn off the heat. After it cools, rinse with clean water. It is then ready for use.

Three steps for cooking:

First add oil to a cold wok, then turn on the heat (using peanut oil as an example). Wait until the oil lightly emits white smoke (indicating the oil temperature has reached about 190°C).
Adjust to low heat and wait 10 seconds.
Depending on the dish, you may stir-fry quickly over high heat or pan-fry slowly over medium-low heat.

Precautions:After each use, it is recommended to clean thoroughly.
