Online and mobile fraud cases have become increasingly rampant. Please stay alert and protect your account and financial security. TITAN (天上野) hereby declares:
We will never, under any circumstances, proactively contact you by phone, SMS text message, WhatsApp or email to request your bank account details, credit card number, CVV or security code.
We will never ask you to operate an ATM, use online banking or make any bank transfer in order to change order settings, cancel instalment plans, remove recurring payments or upgrade membership.
We will never send suspicious links via SMS or WhatsApp asking you to download an app, install software or log in to any non-official website. If you receive such messages, do not click any links or provide any information.
If you suspect that you have received messages impersonating TITAN (天上野) or our logistics partners (such as SF Express or Cainiao), please take screenshots and contact our customer service through our official channels for verification, or seek assistance from the Police and the Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC).
